The past 2 days have been way too long and eventful for my liking.  I have a couple videos to upload but the signal on my phone sucks and the truck stop I'm at has no wifi so hopefully I'll be able to upload them tomorrow.  I am NEVER coming back to the north east, I don't care how good the loads are paying, it's not worth the headache I've had this time around and the people are a bunch of retarded assholes.  Also, one of the videos is a road rage video, which I know a couple people have been waiting for, and I was ready to kill someone, haha.  Until tomorrow

Good friends and good times

Forgot to write about the good time I had the other day when I went to lunch with my friends, so I figured i'ld share now while I've got the extra time. Money and possessions won't bring you happiness, the best they'll do is bring you temporary satisfaction. The only thing that has ever made me truly happy is good people like the two I hung out with. They managed to take my shitty day and turn it around like nothing had happened. I wish I had taken more pictures but I was too busy enjoying myself to think about it.

Damn it!

This is the name of the game. Day started off good, then my exhaust decided to break and melt some air lines. I can't seem to win to lose somedays. So now I can't make the last load I had booked for the week and it's gonna kill my settlement this week without that load and the bill from the shop, but that's how it goes sometimes. Got to take it with stride and keep looking forward

Todays topic of discussion is local traffic, which I hate oh so much....and I forgot to unplug my phone from the charger so sound quality kinda really sucks this time around, sorry bout that if you can even hear me in the video but they where doing construction at the light I was sitting at and when I took the right turn I almost ran over the guy standing at the cones and the cones.  He grabbed those damn things and ran like hell lol, I got a good laugh out of it

Wish I coulda gotten a photo, or even better, a video of a homeless man that came up to me and my friends today outside of cookout.  He started by asking me for a cigarette, which I was more than happy to give him, then proceeded to tell us jokes just before he asked for money.  I don't carry cash on me and neither does my friend but my friend had some food in his bronco that he gave him.  That man was the inspiration behind my joke for today which he told me.  What did one tampon say to the other tampon?  Nothing, they're both stuck up bitches.  Hope you enjoy it as much as I did

So before I crash for the night I've come up with the idea of post one funny thing on here for people.  It could range anywhere from a link to a stand up bit to a joke someone told me at the truck stop, but just something that'll get some laughs outta people.

If it wasn't for comedy I think I would've gone crazy a long time ago, it's one thing that has always been able to put a smile on my face, brighten my day, and get me out of a bad mood.  I am constantly joking around with friends and loved ones just so they'll smile and laugh so I figured why not do that on here for anyone else looking for something to get their mind off things for a sec.  I have to say I'm a pretty big comedy fan and am fortunate enough to know many of the comedians names so if need be I can just look them up on youtube but not everyone does.  Here is a list of a few good comedians that I really enjoy listening to, but most of them do not censor what they have to say, so be warned ahead of time.  Just to name the ones off the top of my head there's Rodney Carrington, Doug Stanhope, John Pinette, Pablo Fransisco, Gabriel Inglesias, Craig Shoemaker, Billy Connelly many people don't know that he did stand up, Lisa Lampanelli who can seem crude and rude lol, and the list could continue.  Here's a link to one of Rodney Carringtons bits, I really like this one myself and hope it puts a smile on someones face http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PxO-MNDbSBQ .  Also if you have a smart phone with the android market or an iphone you can download .977 music for free and they have a comedy channel which is what I use instead of satellite radio now, it's free and plays pretty much the exact same stuff.

Random thoughts

I spend majority of my time alone with no one to talk to, so I figured I'ld just vent a little on here.  I've been trying to figure out the age old questions, why are 98% of women such a pain in the ass?  Also, why is it that women say they want a nice guy, someone with a good heart, but always kick the one's they find to the curb?  These question have been running thru my head for a while and I've came up with my own opinions on them but would really appreciate an outsiders input.  Chances are I'll post a video of me tomorrow ranting and raving about this stuff for a little, just because I need to vent before I lose my damn mind.  Only 2 people know about this blog at the moment but hopefully my next video doesn't keep me from expanding to more people reading and responding

My first

This is my first time blogging about anything.  Most of my days are spent by myself swimming in my own thoughts as I stare blankly at the road ahead.  Kinda like I'm doing to the computer screen at the moment.  The vast majority of people today have no idea what goes on in a truck drivers day to day life, but I'm hoping that this will help fill some people in and get some to laugh at the videos I will probably be posting in the near future of me in traffic dealing with dumbass drivers around me.  I will however give you a heads up that when the road rage starts kicking in I don't censor myself, and when I have something on my mind that I need to let out and it's pissing me off I speak before I think.  I never really thought about blogging anything in my life but the past few weeks have been really tuff for me so a friend suggested that I give it a try and after some deep thought it really seemed like it might help.  Definitely look for any questions that anyone may have or thoughts on any situation I may speak of so please, I could really use something different to occupy my mind
